CXK Ltd is a charity which supports children, young people, adults & families with advice, guidance & help to progress into meaningful employment education or training, we had built up a large paper archive of very confidential documents which wasn't allowed to leave our offices or premises. In this case, Enviro Data Solutions expert team along with the required equipment travelled to us in Ashford, Kent to scan & digitise our documents on site. It is inevitable that adoption and fostering agencies will always use, store and hold confidential documents and paperwork relating to the babies and children requiring adoption and also to the parents and foster families.

 

Using and passing confidential information between social workers, councils and the police force means that every case has a large trail of information attached to it.
