Collected documents are booked in with our preparation team to remove staples, paper clips & folds ready for scanning, using the latest Canon document scanning equipment & Canon capture perfect software documents are scanned to PDF format, indexed & named, images are exported to your choice of portable data storage device.

On-site scanning

We understand that some confidential documents are not allowed to leave your offices or premises. In such cases, using the same processes as off-site scanning our team along with the required equipment will travel to your premises and scan your confidential documents on-site.
